Platform Nature
Obixe is an online intermediary platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent hotel owners ("Service Providers"). Obixe does not own, manage, staff, or control any hotel listed on the platform.
Obixe's role is limited to facilitating the connection between the customer and the hotel and providing the booking confirmation service.

Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and booking

Booking Model
Obixe operates on a "Pay at Hotel" model. Here is how it works:
- A ₹30 platform fee is charged online at the time of booking confirmation
- The remaining hotel room amount is paid directly at the hotel upon check-in
- Obixe does not collect or process the full hotel payment on your behalf

User Responsibilities
As a user of the Obixe platform, you agree to:
- Provide correct personal and booking details at all times
- Follow all hotel-specific rules, policies, and conduct expectations
- Maintain lawful and respectful conduct towards hotel staff and other guests
- Not misuse, exploit, or abuse the Obixe platform or its services

Limitation of Liability
Obixe acts solely as a technology intermediary. We shall not be held responsible or liable for:
Hotel service quality or standards
Safety, theft, or physical damages at the hotel
Disputes between the customer and the hotel
Loss of service due to technical issues or third-party failures

Termination
Obixe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Abuse or misuse of the platform or its services
