Hotels and property owners who partner with Obixe are required to provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information about their property. This includes but is not limited to:
- Correct property name, location, and contact details
- Accurate room descriptions, photographs, and pricing
- Honest listing of available amenities and facilities
- Transparent cancellation and check-in/check-out policies
False Listings
Obixe maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misleading or fraudulent property listings.
Any property found to have submitted false, exaggerated, or misleading information will have its listing immediately removed from the platform. Repeat violations may result in permanent blacklisting.
Hotel Responsibility
By listing on Obixe, hotel partners agree and acknowledge that:
- They are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and standard of services delivered to guests
- Obixe acts only as an intermediary and does not manage or control hotel operations
- Any customer complaints about the hotel's service are the hotel's responsibility to resolve
- Hotels must comply with all applicable local laws, safety regulations, and hospitality standards
