General Policy

Customers may cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled check-in time at the hotel. Cancellations requested after check-in time has passed may not be eligible for a refund.

2.2

Fee Structure

Obixe charges a small platform fee at the time of booking. Here's how it is structured upon cancellation:

  • A ₹30 platform fee is charged at the time of booking confirmation
  • ₹20 is refundable — returned to your original payment method after cancellation
  • ₹10 is non-refundable — this is a service fee retained by Obixe to cover processing costs

Refund Timeline

Once your cancellation is confirmed by Obixe, the refund process begins immediately. Please allow the following time:

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a customer does not arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation.

If you do not arrive at the hotel and have not cancelled your booking in advance, a refund may not be applicable. We strongly recommend cancelling via the platform before check-in time if your plans change.

Hotel-Level Policies

In addition to Obixe's platform cancellation policy, individual hotels may have their own cancellation rules. These hotel-specific terms are displayed on each hotel's listing page and may include:

  • Stricter cancellation windows (e.g., 72 hours or 14 days before check-in)
  • Additional charges for late cancellations or peak-season bookings
  • Non-refundable rate options for heavily discounted rooms

Please review the hotel's individual policy before confirming your booking.
