When and how refunds are processed on the Obixe platform

Refund Scope

Refunds on the Obixe platform apply exclusively to the platform fee charged at the time of booking. Since the hotel's room amount is paid directly at the hotel upon arrival, it is not processed through Obixe and therefore not part of our refund policy.

  • ₹20 refunded — returned to your original payment method after the ₹10 service fee deduction
  • Processed digitally — refund is issued via the same online payment method used at booking (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Fraudulent Booking

Any booking made using false identity, stolen payment credentials, or with intent to deceive

Platform Misuse

Abuse of the cancellation or refund system, including repeated cancellations or policy exploitation

Hotel Dispute

Refund requests arising from disputes with the hotel regarding their services, which are beyond Obixe's control
