When and how refunds are processed on the Obixe platform
Refunds on the Obixe platform apply exclusively to the platform fee charged at the time of booking. Since the hotel's room amount is paid directly at the hotel upon arrival, it is not processed through Obixe and therefore not part of our refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Any booking made using false identity, stolen payment credentials, or with intent to deceive
Abuse of the cancellation or refund system, including repeated cancellations or policy exploitation
Refund requests arising from disputes with the hotel regarding their services, which are beyond Obixe's control
